Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Patani tahun 2024 adalah 4.902 jiwa yang terdiri dari 2.481 jiwa laki laki dan 2.421 jiwa perempuan. Desa Kipai merupakan desa dengan Jumlah penduduk terbanyak yakni sebesar 1.262 jiwa sedangkan desa Baka jaya merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terkecil yakni 551 jiwa.
